Who we are
Rivers offer a powerful metaphor in therapy, symbolizing the flow of emotions and personal growth. Just as a river continuously moves and adapts, our feelings and experiences are always evolving. Therapy helps you embrace this flow, providing clarity and insight, much like how a river reflects its surroundings. It also supports you in releasing past difficulties and fostering renewal, reflecting the river’s ability to refresh and overcome obstacles. Embracing the river’s journey can help you navigate your own path with resilience and understanding.
